Services described

Wavehub Current Institute provides cohort-based technical education, mentor reviews, and related informational materials. Descriptions on this site are invitations to enquire—not binding offers until confirmed in writing by our admissions desk.

Eligibility and conduct

Participants must provide accurate enrollment information, respect facilitators and peers, and refrain from recording sessions unless explicitly permitted for a given module. Disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund except as stated in the Money-Back Policy.

Intellectual property

Curriculum materials, marks, and digital assets remain our property or that of licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during the cohort window. Redistribution, resale, or scraping of materials is prohibited.

Disclaimers

Education outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability or that materials will meet every regulatory requirement inside your employer’s environment.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or your use of the site is limited to the tuition fees you paid for the specific cohort giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties agree to seek good-faith resolution through correspondence and, if needed, mediation in Bangkok before pursuing courts competent under Thai law.

Changes and notices

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “last updated” date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will also be emailed where we have a current address on file.
