Money-Back Policy

Scope

This policy applies to tuition payments for publicly listed cohorts operated by Wavehub Current Institute where a fee is charged. Custom enterprise engagements follow separate written agreements.

Cooling-off period

If you cancel enrollment fourteen (14) calendar days before the cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable mentor materials marked as non-refundable, you may request a full refund of tuition paid.

Partial refunds

Between thirteen (13) and seven (7) days before start, a fifty percent (50%) tuition credit may be issued toward a future cohort within six months, subject to seat availability. Inside seven days, refunds are generally not available except for documented medical emergencies.

Non-refundable items

Printed kits, shipped clay materials, courier fees, and third-party examination vouchers are non-refundable once dispatched or purchased on your behalf.

Process

Email hello@wavehubcurrent.one with your full name, cohort name, payment reference, and reason. We respond within five business days with instructions. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where technically possible.

Processing time

Approved refunds typically post within fourteen (14) business days depending on banking networks. International transfers may take longer.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at equal tuition. We are not liable for incidental travel costs.

Consumer rights (Thailand)

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protections available to you under Thai law, including rights relating to unfair contract terms where applicable.
