Mentor office hours & hybrid attendance
Hybrid learners join live blocks via the same printed run-of-show PDF used in-room. Mentor office hours alternate between voice notes (async) and open desk microphones. If Gulf weather disrupts travel, switch to async packets without losing your cohort seat—notify the desk before 17:00 ICT the prior day.
