Wavehub Current Institute is the data controller for personal data collected through wavehubcurrent.one and enrollment processes. Contact: hello@wavehubcurrent.one.

Data we collect

Identifiers (name, email, phone), professional details (company, role), technical data (IP address, device type, browser), communications you send us, and optional survey responses.

Purposes

We process data to respond to enquiries, administer cohorts, improve our curriculum, secure the website, and meet accounting obligations when you purchase education services.

Legal bases

Processing rests on contract performance (enrollment), legitimate interests (site security and service improvement), consent where required (non-essential cookies or marketing), and legal obligations (tax records).

Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months unless a relationship continues. Completed cohort records follow statutory accounting retention (generally up to ten years for invoices). Support tickets are retained twelve months after closure unless longer retention is justified.

Recipients and transfers

We use infrastructure and email providers that may process data outside Thailand. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and vendor reviews.

Your rights (Thailand PDPA)

Subject to conditions in the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability (where applicable), objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commission.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords.

Children

Our services target adults in professional roles. We do not knowingly collect data from children under twenty without verified parental authority.
