Program description
This cohort walks product squads through drafting SLIs that align with user journeys, not vanity charts. You will interrogate burn rates, translate qualitative pain into measurable signals, and rehearse review rituals with peers in Bangkok time zones. Materials include printed worksheets, a shared sandbox telemetry set, and asynchronous mentor markup on your drafts.

Do you integrate with our vendor dashboards?
We stay vendor-neutral. Labs use open exports (CSV/JSON) so you can map lessons onto your existing toolchain without new subscriptions.
Is hardware required?
No bespoke appliances. A laptop with 16GB RAM is sufficient for lab VMs.
What is intentionally excluded?
We do not negotiate procurement on your behalf or sign NDAs with your vendors—that remains with your organization.
